Course Accreditation:
Meraki Academy courses are not officially affiliated with a government awarding body or NVQ qualification. However, each course is delivered to an exceptional professional standard and includes a highly recognised Meraki Academy Certificate of Completion – respected throughout the industry as a mark of quality training and commitment to development.Deposits & Booking:
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place on any course. Spaces are limited and in high demand – deposits help us plan resources and ensure a smooth experience for all attendees.Remaining Balance:
The remaining course balance must be paid in full prior to the training date. Full payment details will be sent once your booking is confirmed.Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible – we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible, subject to availability.
